                                            [IMP] viin_ai + viin_brain: branded module icons for the AI/Brain family (36 modules)

Add static/description/icon.png (+ icon.svg source) for every installable module
in the ai17 AI + Brain clusters, as one consistent Viindoo-branded icon family:
shared cyan #00BBCE -> purple #7F4282 gradient tile + white 4-point AI sparkle;
per-module white glyph differentiator (flagship viin_ai = neural hub-and-spoke).
Closes R8 (app viin_ai had no icon). v17 PNG-only convention; no manifest 'icon' key needed.
Rasterized via librsvg (gi.repository.Rsvg + cairo) - magick/convert SVG delegate
silently corrupts to 16-bit grayscale on this box, so it is deliberately not used.
