Updated multiple models to use 'with_context(skip_clear_ormcache=True)' for
specific record updates, improving performance by preventing unnecessary ORM
cache clearing. This change applies to the AutomaticEntryWizard, GoogleSync,
and Employee models, ensuring more efficient data handling during write
operations.
