[FIX] viin_brand_website_sale: remove "#1" claim from footer brand promotion

The website footer showed "The #1 Open Source eCommerce Software"
(vi: "Phần mềm Thương mại Điện tử mã nguồn mở số 1") to public visitors.
Vietnamese advertising law prohibits superlative claims such as "số 1"
without supporting evidence, so the claim is dropped in both English and
Vietnamese. Version bumped so existing databases reload the template and
translation on module update.
