                                            [FIX] viin_ai_brain: correct quote style in tour selector for ESLint compliance

The selector string on line 154 was incorrectly single-quoted, which
violates the module's ESLint/prettier convention (double quotes for
selectors without inner attributes). This lint-gate regression was
introduced in 8d5240fb.
