                                            [DOC] roadmap: reconcile M5 gate, milestone status, ADR/connector counts

The M5 gate required a 4-model as_of demo, but stock.move has no mail.thread so its state can never be reconstructed as_of - an architectural boundary, not a deferred item. Change it to 3-model, fix the contradicting M5 status line, add evidence-grounded status lines for M1/M2/M4/M6, and correct the stale connector count (8 -> 9) and ADR count (24 -> 26).
