viin_ai_brain 0.1.0 -> 0.1.1 (noupdate=0 re-seed on -u); add membership-asserting
RED-GREEN test (135 viin_ai_brain tests pass, 0 failed); add viin_ai_brain CHANGELOG.

Docs (current-state reconciliation to shipped code):
