[IMP] viin_document: classification tags
Issue:
Users want to have additional tag classification tools on the document
search panel area to facilitate easier document searching based on
classification.
Solution:
Group the tags of the document according to tag category criteria.
However, the current state is using a many2many field, so it is not
possible to group them on the search panel.
Add a new field category_id of type many2one to replace the category_ids
field.
